* Technical service packages:

-Package 1: [Checking, understanding the current situation]
Surveying, measuring, provide the technical reports
Level 1: Short time survey (1 day),
Level 2: Long time survey (1 week),
Level 3: Very long time survey (option)

-Package 2: [In-depth examination]
Survey, measure, find specific causes, report, propose solutions

-Package 3: [Treatment / Repair]
(after making package 1 or package 2)
Supply and Installation of the Filter/Anti-interference equipment (corresponding to the level of examination & according to customer requirements)

-Package 4: [Maintenance] Check/Regular Examination


*Step of Service Implementation:

Step 1 -Customer sends a Service Request Sheet, including Information about the factory, machine type and Description of existing phenomena, stating the inspection direction and/or treatment direction that the customer wants.
-Customer describes the type/level/standard of Power Quality desired by the customer.

Step 2 -Quote for Package 1 or 2

Step 3 -Perform Package 1 or 2

Step 4 - Quotation Package 3 (if required)

Step 5 -Implement Package 3

Step 6 -Warranty Package 3 (depending on customer requirements)

Step 7 - Periodic inspection/examination (depending on customer requirements)
